We’re looking for Graduate Product Definition Analysts to join us in summer 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy new functional enhancements in our customer management application for the world’s top airlines.

  • Perform functional troubleshooting for identified functional issues.

  • Interact with project managers and customers (airlines and airport ground handlers) to present solutions and support them during validation phases.

As a Graduate, you’ll:

Assess Requirements

  • Develop, maintain, and share in-depth functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user product usage.
  • Analyse and understand business requirements provided by Product Management.
  • Estimate solution design and specification efforts for product enhancements.

Functional Design & Documentation

  • Design detailed solutions from requirements and high-level designs.
  • Deliver clear, maintainable documents, including Feasibility Studies and Product Specifications.
  • Conduct functional presentations and walk-throughs for key stakeholders.

Validation & Compliance

  • Support the implementation of testing strategies and review test plans.
  • Maintain traceability of tests with specifications.
  • Investigate and verify reported incidents.

Create and Innovate

  • Analyse needs and propose functional/technical solution recommendations.
  • Provide inputs to Product Management for product functionalities enhancement.
  • Contribute to innovation and product evolution within their functional area.

Team Participation & Agile Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Owners and Quality Assurance Engineers.
  • Actively contribute to team ceremonies and solution assessments.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to support cross-functional teamwork.

About the ideal candidate

  • You’ll have completed or soon to complete a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • You’re fluent in English.
  • Interest in IT and technology, with a bonus for airline interest.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in designing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in producing clear and concise documents.
  • Motivated to learn, solve problems, and develop skills.
  • Ownership and team spirit.
