Job Title – Junior Product Assistant – Travel Sector

Job Location – London

Salary – £14k – £17k

If you have just finished university or college and want to break into the travel sector, we have the perfect role for you.

Our client is recruiting a product office junior who is looking to break into the travel sector. Our client is based in Central London and has a stunning office on the River Thames.

Our client is a globally recognised luxury travel and tour specialist with over 24 years in the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Designing itineraries for the cruise extension department
  2. Responsible for monitoring and management of upcoming tour departures
  3. Loading and checking passenger data with great accuracy
  4. Researching innovative ideas for new excursions
  5. Communicating with internal and external partners
  6. Generating invoices
  7. Assisting with the maintenance of the company website

Skills required:

  1. This would be perfect for a school leaver / someone looking to get into the travel industry
  2. Motivated and proactive individual with a strong team ethic
  3. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  4. Eye for detail, excellent time-management and organisational skills that will enable efficient multi-tasking and prioritisation
  5. Ability to manage workload under pressure, prioritise, follow-up and ensure all tasks are performed on time
