Job summary

Low Carbon Contracts Company in Leeds is seeking a Product Analyst (Operational Product) to support product performance, data quality and operational change. You will work under Senior Product Analysts and contribute to product operations, insights and decision-ready information.

You will develop knowledge of product management and delivery practices while progressing toward more senior analytical roles within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, administrative, analytical or customer-focused environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data, trends and operational performance information.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on product performance, usage and service outcomes.
• Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Produce product performance reports, dashboards and MI.
• Collect and interpret feedback from customers, stakeholders and operations.
• Support delivery of product enhancements and operational changes.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams and suppliers during discovery, development and testing.
