Tiny Studios in London is seeking a Junior Producer to support productions from brief to final delivery, coordinating schedules, crew, and on-set logistics. You’ll represent Tiny in communications with crew, clients, and suppliers, flag risks early, and help balance production needs across teams.
You’ll work under the Senior Producer, growing ownership of projects, shaping the Tiny workflow, and demonstrating curiosity, collaboration, and a sustainability-minded approach.
Tiny Studios is a video production company specialising in cinematic social content for brands and businesses. We focus on pushing creative boundaries with our tailored team, treasuring craft over churn. We go beyond the screen, working with good people and brands to build long-lasting and sustainable relationships.
We’re proud to now be part of Spin Group, a collective of creative agencies in the social-first space. Whilst remaining Tiny, being part of Spin offers lots of opportunities and growth for our team - from collaborating with Spin’s wider creative network, to developing original content through Spin Originals, where culture-led ideas come to life outside of client briefs.
Day to day we’re working on a variety of projects at different stages in the production process, meaning every day at Tiny is unique. We take pride in all our projects, whether that be fashion, lifestyle, education or anything in between!
We’re big people people. We strive to create a down-to-earth and collaborative environment for our team where our values are at the core of everything we do. We believe strongly in transparency and fair pay for all our Tiny employees, no matter their level of experience.
Less about us, more about you.
You’re an organised, curious and eager-eyed Junior Producer who is ready to support projects from the first brief to final delivery and take ownership of smaller productions as you grow. You enjoy bringing projects to life, whether that means building a schedule, keeping a schedule on track, coordinating crew and helping a shoot run smoothly.
You're a personable character who is happy to represent Tiny in front of crew, clients, and suppliers, whilst knowing when to flag risks and production considerations as they arise.
You take pride in collaborating with teams to make sure a balance is struck between everyone. You’re equally comfortable on set whilst dealing with clients, crew and talent (and pets sometimes) as you are bringing together everything in pre-production back at the office.
Whilst reporting to our Senior Producer, you will work closely with all of our team across the various projects and over time, you will take ownership of your own projects and help to shape the Tiny workflow. The right candidate will be collaborative, curious, and always ready to bring Tiny values to the table.
At Tiny Studios our aim is to create a working environment where every single member of the team has the opportunity to be themselves. We are an equal opportunities employer and will welcome and consider all applications regardless of age, disability, gender, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion, sex and sexual orientation. Being inclusive and accessible is important to us, so please do let us know if you require any adjustments during the recruitment process and beyond.
