Henderson Scott is seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Private Client Solicitor to join their Thames Valley private client team. You will handle a varied caseload across wills, probate, estate administration and trusts, under guidance from senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 2 PQE in private client.
• Strong knowledge in wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.
• STEP membership or pursuing the qualification desirable.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to support juniors.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration and trusts with support as needed.
• Advise clients with care and professionalism, ensuring high service standards.
• Assist with more complex matters and develop technical expertise.
• Support junior colleagues and share knowledge.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with the team to support growth of the private client practice.
