Qualifications

• 6 months+ PQE in private client work.
• Experience across a broad range of private client matters is desirable.
• Interest in trusts, tax, estate planning and succession.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
• Assist with complex tax planning and succession strategies.
• Support Court of Protection and deputyship work as part of a collaborative team.
• Develop client relationships and provide strong technical guidance.
• Contribute to service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support senior lawyers in high-value estates and client matters.
