Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Trainee Pool Engineer to join a family-run maintenance contractor servicing luxury swimming pool and spa equipment across London and surrounding areas.

You'll shadow experienced engineers, learn pool maintenance tasks, and provide on-site customer support while commuting daily to sites. The position includes a competitive salary of £25,350–£30,000 and extensive training with a company van provided. Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in leisure/pool maintenance is desirable.
• Experience with pool backwashing, chemical testing/balancing and general maintenance is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow an experienced Swimming Pool Engineer during day-to-day servicing and maintenance tasks.
• Travel to multiple sites across London and home counties, mainly in luxury residential housing.
• Learn and carry out maintenance on pumps, filters, dosing units, pool covers and related equipment.
• Provide excellent on-site customer service and technical support to clients.
