Salary: Up to £40,000 + Company Van (Personal Use) + Fuel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Fabric Engineer to join our growing building services team, working across a commercial maintenance portfolio within the M25. If you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and have a strong background in building fabric maintenance, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general building maintenance and fabric repair tasks, including:
Basic carpentry, painting, and decorating
Minor plumbing and patch plastering
Door, lock, ceiling, and floor repairs
General handyman duties across multiple commercial sites
Supporting other engineers as needed and ensuring safe, clean, and compliant working environments
Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Company van with fuel card – available for personal use
Monday to Friday working, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Ongoing training and development

Previous experience in a similar fabric/building maintenance role within a commercial environment
Strong all-round maintenance skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
Good customer service skills and a can-do attitude
Full UK driving licence
