Job summary

One Big Circle in Bristol is seeking a junior software developer to join a fast-growing team building a 4PB+ data platform. You will help create and test software, learn from senior engineers, and take on more responsibility over time.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of £31,500–£59,500 per year and a supportive, social working environment. You should have a strong interest in software development, familiarity with at least one programming language, and be open to

Salary: £31,500 - 59,500 per year

• A strong interest in software development, particularly large-scale, low-latency data processing and presenting data in a web interface.
• Curiosity, reliability, a willingness to learn from mistakes, and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
• No formal software work experience is required, but you should be able to demonstrate your interest through a personal project or other relevant activity.
• Familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language.
• Successful applicants must pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check.
