If you have practical mechanical experience with construction plant, agricultural machinery, forklifts, HGVs, or vehicle maintenance, this is your chance to join a supportive workshop team. Full training and manufacturer support are provided, with a pathway to becoming a fully qualified Service Technician.

We’re offering a rare opportunity to join our Stourport team as a Service Technician Improver. It's a practical, workshop-based role that suits anyone with hands-on mechanical experience who’s ready to step up and build a proper long-term career.

Hours: 39 hours a week, Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00, Fri 08:00-16:00. Additional overtime (paid at time and a half) is available earlier and later should you wish to earn more.

Key Duties Will Include: You’ll be working in our busy, well-equipped Stourport workshop. Initially, you’ll support our technicians and carry out PDI’s (Pre-Delivery Inspections), but over time you’ll take on more technical responsibilities, becoming fully qualified and undertaking full service and repair work on equipment both in our workshop and at customer sites.

The Ideal Applicant:

• A strong interest in engineering and construction plant
• Mechanical knowledge (basic service or maintenance experience) gained from similar machines or transferable mechanical equipment
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• A full UK driving licence
