Job DescriptionYou will join us as a Junior Plant Maintenance Engineer supporting the Site Manager in the safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of our anaerobic digestion (AD) facility. The role will support the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system, planned shutdown activities and the safe, timely repair of plant equipment to maximise operational performance and renewable energy generation. You'll also receive structured training and development to build your engineering skills and knowledge within the renewable energy sector.

Plant Engineer Requirements

You will join us as a Junior Plant Maintenance Engineer supporting the Site Manager in the safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of our anaerobic digestion (AD) facility. The role will support the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system, planned shutdown activities and the safe, timely repair of plant equipment to maximise operational performance and renewable energy generation. You will receive structured training and development to build your engineering skills and knowledge within the renewable energy sector, along with the opportunity to gain a qualification. Due to the nature of the role a full UK Driving Licence is required. You will have the ability to operate a telehandler truck and obtain a telehandler licence. The role will work a shift pattern of 7 days out of 14 including weekends, call out on a rota basis and remote monitoring of the AD Process.

Job type

Full Time, permanent, 42 hours per week on a rota plus remote monitoring. Shift Pattern

Salary

up to £33,000 pa, dependent on experience & qualifications+ allowance + overtime + bonus
