We?re looking for an enthusiastic and super-organised Junior Planner to join our passionate Event Staffing Team. You?ll play a key role in recruiting, coordinating, and supporting the pool of casual workers and volunteers who help create unforgettable experiences, from spectacular public events to more intimate private gatherings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing, onboarding, and communicating with event staff and volunteers
  • Assigning roles and managing team logistics across exciting live events
  • Ensuring smooth operations from prep to payroll reconciliation
  • Supporting event staffing areas and keeping everything running like clockwork
  • Adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
