About the role:

We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy Junior Photographer to join our in-house studio team at NEXT, supporting across our London Brands; ‘ Lipsy’ ‘Love & Roses’ and ‘Friends like These’

As part of our studio team, you’ll support the production of beautiful, brand-aligned imagery that brings our collections to life. From setting the scene with studio lighting to managing equipment like a pro, you’ll play a vital role behind the lens where no day will be the same. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your photography career and develop your skills in a studio that moves fast and stays ahead of the curve.

You will be:

• Shooting accessories and still life for all brands
• Assisting Senior Photographers on model and campaign shoots
• Setting up and maintaining studio lighting and kit
• Conducting weekly kit inventory checks and organising repairs, ensuring equipment is kept in excellent condition
• Managing image workflows using Capture One and Photoshop CS
• Helping with studio set changes and supporting on ad-hoc projects as needed
• Keeping tabs on your own workload, expenses and Excel admin
• Collaborating with Stylists, Retouchers and Art Directors to deliver high-quality content at speed
• Previous experience working in a similar role at a fashion / ecommerce company
• A solid grasp of studio lighting set-ups and Mac-based workflows
• Fluency in Photoshop CS and Capture One
• A self-motivated, organised mindset – you're comfortable managing your own tasks and time
• Confidence handling equipment and keeping track of inventory
• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach
• Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail to ensure consistency and quality
• Love for fashion and aesthetics
