Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Pharmacist with excellent organisational skills to join our team in Outpatient Pharmacy. This post is for Hampshire Hospitals Contract Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties

As a member of the Outpatient pharmacy team, you would contribute to the provision of a range of pharmaceutical services: issuing prescriptions, giving advice where appropriate, working alongside pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy dispensing assistants to ensure all pharmacy duties are carried out in accordance with legal guidelines and departmental procedures to meet the needs of our customers.

About us

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) provides hospital services to around 570,000 people living in Hampshire and parts of West Berkshire. We deliver a full range of district hospital services in a variety of locations. The Outpatient pharmacies are based on the Basingstoke and Winchester sites of Hampshire Hospitals and this position involves cross-site working. Our opening times are Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5pm and weekend working is not required.
