A leading company is seeking a Junior Private Personal Assistant to support a senior EA within an UHNW family. The candidate will handle various tasks including diary management, art-related assistance, and logistics for the family. Ideal candidates should possess a degree, exceptional communication skills, and a strong sense of organisation.
We are looking for a proactive, discreet, and highly organised Junior Private Personal Assistant to support an existing senior EA within an UHNW family. The ideal candidate will be astute, personable, and a self starter, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a natural flair for getting things done efficiently, promptly, accurately and with care. Interest or background in the art world is advantageous!

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day to day support to the current EA
• Assist with art related tasks
• Maintain and update social media accounts (Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Maintain and update contact databases and master list
• Keep office in order through filing and general organisation
• Support diary management, ensuring appointments and commitments are clearly tracked and updated
• Provide ad-hoc support and research as requested by the EA or family member
• Offer administrative and logistical help for philanthropic projects
• Assist with children’s affairs, including school coordination, activities, and logistics
• Support in planning and booking complex global travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries
• Assist with event planning
• Liaise effectively with household staff, vendors, and third-party service providers
• Be available out of hours, including occasional weekend contact, to support urgent or time-sensitive needs
• Manage mail and deliveries
• Personal shopping
• Assist with domestic matters
Requirements:
• Degree educated
• Previous experience in a family office/private household is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic environment
• Flexible and resilient, with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in all interactions
• Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Monday to Friday, 9–6pm Working from the office except occasional WFH when the family is away
Occasional support needed on the weekend
start date: September 2025
