Job Description:

We are currently working with a luxury interior design practice looking to hire a Junior PA to support the business owners based in Notting Hill. This role involves working alongside the Senior PA, supporting their workload, administrative tasks, calendar management, and other duties. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be ready to engage in all aspects of the role.

The Role
  • Serve as the first point of contact for calls and emails, responding promptly, relaying messages, or escalating as needed.
  • Support diary management and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with booking travel, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Help plan and coordinate internal events and gatherings, sometimes at the Founder's residence.
  • Remind the executive of deadlines and upcoming commitments.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain client and press mailing lists and filing systems.
  • Support administrative processes and systems development.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients; assist with expense reporting.
  • (Optional) Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Support personal and household tasks, including lifestyle management.
  • Update contact databases regularly.
  • Handle personal errands and household requests.
  • Manage online shopping, returns, and logistics.
  • Assist with event planning and support during events.
