ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Personal Assistant

  • Must have previous experience in a corporate environment as a PA/Team Assistant/Front desk.
  • Confident and sharp.

OVERVIEW | Personal Assistant

The client's team is looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Team Assistant to support their busy Sales teams across the UK, Central Europe, and the US. This role offers the opportunity to provide wider support across Research, Sales Trading, and CRM teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced assistant who is returning on a part-time basis from maternity leave, sharing responsibility for the day-to-day running of operations. Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset are key, as the role also involves supporting other assistants across the business as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to team members.
  • Organising logistics for meetings and roadshows (including travel and restaurant bookings).
  • Producing itineraries, answering phones, diary and room management.
  • Updating client data, managing expenses, and assisting with large meetings and conferences.
  • Stepping in when other secretarial staff are away and helping with wider company admin tasks when required.
