Los Mochis is seeking a passionate, creative, and ambitious
Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our dynamic pastry team at our flagship
location in 100 Liverpool Street.

As the Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the
Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to support the smooth day-to-day running
of the pastry section in our nut- and gluten-free kitchen. This is an excellent

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    the preparation and presentation of all pastry items to the highest
    standards.
  • Work
    closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef on production,
    prep, and plating.
  • Assist
    in the development of seasonal and creative menu items aligned with Los
    Mochis' vision.
  • Help
    maintain a clean, organised, and efficient pastry kitchen in line with
    food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Participate
    in stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Contribute
    to training and supporting junior members of the pastry team.
  • Stay
    engaged with new techniques and trends in the world of pastry and
    patisserie.

Requirements / Skills
