Junior Paraplanner (SJP) - London

Our client is seeking a commercially-minded and dedicated individual to join their SJP Practice in London's Paraplanning Team as a Junior Paraplanner. The role involves supporting 3 Financial Advisers, along with a team of support staff and administrators. This position offers a hybrid working model (4 days in the office) and supports training development, including funding for RO exams to encourage diploma qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate, well-drafted, and compliant advice within specified timescales and budgets.
• Provide technical support to the adviser team.
• Act as an effective liaison between advisers and support teams.
• Contribute to improving the client experience and the firm's knowledge base.
• Gather regulatory documentation to support advice.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be willing to study and take RO exams to become Diploma qualified.
• Have previous experience as a paraplanner or financial administrator.
• Be familiar with common financial planning product solutions.
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure.
• Have experience dealing directly with clients.
• Be capable of drafting clear and accurate correspondence.
• Previous experience within an SJP Practice is a plus but not essential.
