The Role

We’re looking for an energetic Junior Origination Executive to help drive our deal flow. You’ll find brokers, build trusted relationships with them, and ensure Thundercat Industries sees every high-quality manufacturing opportunity that comes to market.

This is not just outreach. We need someone who enjoys real conversations, values persistence, and knows that good relationships take time.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that values initiative and backs people to take smart risks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and reach out to active business brokers across the UK
• Introduce Thundercat Industries and explain our acquisition focus
• Build and manage broker relationships through regular communication
• Maintain a strong pipeline of inbound deals
• Track broker activity through our CRM
• Work with the CEO to refine strategy and approach

About You

• Comfortable building rapport and picking up the phone
• Organised, persistent, and detail-oriented
• Confident but great at listening
• Naturally curious and eager to learn
• Energetic without being pushy

Experience in M&A, private equity, or deal origination is helpful, but not essential. We care more about attitude and drive.
