Job Description:

Junior Oracle EPM Consultant – Specializing in EPM, CPM, and related Oracle solutions. Responsibilities include supporting implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions for clients. This role offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment, working with experienced consultants across various industries.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation concepts.
• Implementation experience with Oracle EPM (Cloud or On-Premise).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or scripting is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including FCCS and EDMCS.
• Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet client needs.
• Support data integration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Gather client requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle EPM tools.
• Participate in user training and documentation.
• Stay updated with Oracle EPM developments.
