Job Title: Junior Operations Supervisor, Twickenham

Overview: Gopuff is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, this role is vital in maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

Customers rely on Gopuff for their daily essentials, regardless of weather. We are building a team of innovative, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to reshape retail. And if you enjoy snacks, even better!

Responsibilities:

• Leading: Manage and motivate the warehouse team during your shift, train new staff, and ensure adherence to processes and product knowledge.
• Picking and Packing: Accurately prepare orders for dispatch.
• Delivery Partners: Oversee delivery operations to ensure smooth service.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Goods Inbound: Receive and verify products from vendors, resolve discrepancies.
• Stock Management: Organize inventory, conduct cycle counts, and manage waste and compliance initiatives.
• Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Health and Safety: Support onsite safety protocols and testing.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse settings.
• Proficiency with basic web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible, and honest.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Flexible to cover shifts between 7 am and 3 am.
