Job Opportunity: Junior Operations Manager (F&B)

Are you passionate about food & drink and eager to advance your career in hospitality management? We are seeking a Junior Operations Manager with a focus on Food & Beverage.

You should have a genuine love for food & drink, enjoy discussing wine pairings and food combinations, and stay on top of current trends while appreciating comfort food and traditional favorites.

To be successful, you should have proven experience in a similar F&B role, ideally at a team leader or supervisory level, with at least 2 years of experience, and possess some commercial awareness.

This Junior Operations Manager (F&B) role is a key position within the F&B team, working closely with management to drive the hotel forward.
