BaxterStorey UK is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to oversee catering operations across multiple sites, coordinating planning, logistics and execution while delivering excellent client relationships.

You will lead teams, ensure health and safety compliance, review service standards, and identify growth opportunities by staying ahead of market trends and expanding to new locations. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Job Description

The successful Junior Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and will require proven outstanding client relationship management. This is a high-pressure role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
