We are currently representing an exciting Emerging Market Equity Investment Manager. They are looking to bring on a Junior Operations Analyst to their small but dynamic team, here in London.

The Candidate:

  • A strong academic background with a good degree, ideally in a numerical or analytical discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as IOC, IMC, or CFA (full or partial completion) are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Familiarity with FactSet and Bloomberg and/or Python is preferred but not required.
  • Experience or exposure to public equities investment is a plus.

The Role:

  • Carry out the daily administration of both commingled and separate account investment funds.
  • Create Equity and FX orders with portfolio managers.
  • Trade Management: Process, match, and settle trades.
  • Cash Management: Monitor fund cash and liquidity.
  • Review and approve monthly valuations.
