Junior Operations Analysts (JOA) reside in the Command Centre, providing round-the-clock, dedicated Level 1/2 Infrastructure monitoring support for all of Kingfisher's banners. This is a key role in the incident management process, responsible for accurately identifying and reporting any issues on live service applications. In addition to monitoring, the JOAs are also responsible for performing initial problem determination and recovery prior to directing issues to the appropriate dedicated application and technology teams.
