Job description

My client, a rapidly growing boutique executive search firm which specialises in human capital solutions and strategic research for investment management firms in the alternative investment space is looking to add an Junior Officer Manager based in their London office.

The firm has offices in London, New York and Dubai and a track record of over a decade working with some of the most prominent hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and private equity firms across the globe and has grown to add two new offices, increased headcount and new arms of the business over the last 2 years.

The hire will play a key role in managing core office management Operations with a broader remit extending to HR onboarding and stakeholder engagement responsibilities. The hire will work with an Office Manager to ensure the smooth function of day-to-day function of office operations and work with external vendors managing service contracts, installations and work to organise events. You will also be responsible for executive diary and travel management for the firm’s Partners, the preparation of sensitive documents and all IT troubleshooting. The hire will also play an active role in supporting early careers recruitment processes and coordination as the firm continues to expand.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 – 18 months of experience as an Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant/EA, albeit the firm is open to bringing in a junior that is willing to scale a learning curve. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills but most importantly the successful candidate is one that is able to join and integrate themselves into the culture and values of the firm. Strong IT skills are highly preferred.
