Job description

The Junior NPD/Project Co-ordinator is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to learn and grow in the beauty sector.

Duties

• Collaborate with the Graphics team to prioritize and deliver design and artwork projects.
• Assist in developing cosmetic colour ranges, ensuring alignment with current trends.
• Coordinate and organize cosmetic components and samples, proactively resolving any issues.
• Review and test samples to meet all sensory and quality standards.
• Support the NPD team with project briefs while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate the creation of new products in collaboration with UK and China-based teams.
• Participate in design briefings with colleagues across NPD, Technical, Merchandising, and Graphics departments.
• Liaise with Far East to resolve queries and maintain effective communication.
• Prepare costings for products and support quotes, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value.
• Provide project management coverage as needed during team holidays.
