This full-time, 6-month FTC position offers salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 based on experience and includes a performance-related bonus. Candidates should possess a CCNA qualification or equivalent and have strong hands-on experience in networking.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in networking or IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of Layer 2 technologies (Ethernet, VLANs, Spanning Tree).
• Knowledge of Layer 3 technologies (OSPF, BGP, subnetting, ACLs, VRF).
• Experience or exposure to firewalls and security appliances.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure network infrastructure solutions.
• Support the implementation of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
• Participate in change activities and collaborate with teams.

Skills

Hands-on or lab-based experience with routing and switching technologies

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Good communication skills

Exposure to multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)

Education

CCNA qualification or equivalent
