Junior Negotiator – St Albans, AL4

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Negotiator to join our client based in St Albans, AL4. Are you currently working in a sales and target-focused environment and looking for a new challenge?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Generating Viewings
2. Attending Viewings
3. Matching buyers to properties
4. Learning the legislation in Estate Agency
5. Cross-selling across the business, e.g., generating valuations and mortgage appointments
6. Negotiating offers
7. General Administration

The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:

Fundamentally, this is a sales role, so having a persuasive yet polite nature is advantageous.

This Junior Negotiator position offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long-term career prospects.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 6:00 pm, with alternate Saturdays, 9 am – 5 pm, and a day off in the week.

The salary range will be: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum, with an OTE of around £30,000 per annum.
