Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to work for the fastest growing multichannel retailer in the UK. Our client has over 170 stores across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the islands, and they are still expanding!

They are seeking a Junior Branch Merchandiser, to cover maternity, within their Branch Merchandising Team, reporting to the Branch Merchandiser. The role involves ensuring stores and online platforms are well-stocked to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement the Branch Merchandising forward plan to meet channel performance goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze store and online performance to support sales and manage stock levels.
  • Forecast sales volumes at branch level, collaborating with Buying and Marketing teams for new ranges, seasons, and promotions.
  • Coordinate system development changes with relevant teams.
  • Work with Web Operations to support online sales targets and address issues.
  • Manage team members' development and workload.

Location: Buckinghamshire, easily accessible from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield, and the M40.

Ideal candidates will be commercially aware, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in merchandising or supply chain roles, with proficiency in systems and advanced Excel skills.
