Job summary

Debenhams Group, home to PrettyLittleThing, boohoo, boohooMAN and more, is seeking a Junior Merchandiser for PrettyLittleThing. You will help manage commercial stock allocation, forecast sales trends, and drive category performance in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

You will support the Merchandiser to maximise profitability, optimise stock turn, and ensure seamless planning across key ranges. You’ll join an agile Merchandising team that partners with Buying, Marketing and Supply Chain to

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to forecast and interpret trends.
• Experience in fast-fashion e-commerce or retail is preferred.
• Proactive team player with ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse weekly trading performance to optimise sales, stock cover and margin.
• Manage WSSI under guidance, updating forecasts and intake plans.
• Collaborate with Buying on range building and price architecture.
• Oversee intake flow and stock availability for promotions and launches.
• Mentor Assistant Merchandisers and Merchandising Admin Assistants.
