Job Description:

Location: London – Office Based

Up to £45,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones are partnering with an exciting fashion lifestyle retailer, seeking a Junior Merchandiser to support omni-channel sales and stock planning. You’ll work with a senior planner to develop budgets, forecasts, and range plans, while ensuring efficient stock management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in seasonal budgeting and sales planning.
2. Support stock deliveries, replenishment, and markdown strategies.
3. Conduct weekly trade analysis and prepare reports for senior leadership.
4. Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and other teams to ensure cohesive planning.

Skills and Experience:

1. Interest in planning/merchandising with previous support role experience.
2. Strong Excel and analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
4. Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the retail sector.
