We're now on the lookout for a Junior Merchandiser to help them deliver the right stock to the right place at the right time. You'll support trading across key categories by planning, allocating, and reacting to trends to drive performance and profits.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor sales to identify best/worst performers and spot growth opportunities

• Own WSSI updates, manage intake, and maintain range plans

• Collaborate closely with Buyers on building and maintaining a commercially strong range

• Action markdowns and evaluate their impact

• Use data to influence decisions across OTB, flow lines, and promotional activity

• Visit stores to gather insight and bring real customer feedback to life

• Develop strong cross-functional relationships - Buying, Logistics, Allocation, and beyond

• Support and coach junior team members
