Mint Velvet is seeking a commercially minded Junior Merchandiser to drive performance of its core product categories using data, insight and trading judgment. Based in High Wycombe, you will forecast, trade and manage stock to maximise sales and profitability.
You will work closely with the Head of Merchandising Operations to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities, delivering value and growth for the brand.

As a Junior Merchandiser at Mint Velvet, you'll play a key role in driving the performance of our core product categories, using data, insight and commercial judgement to maximise sales, profit and stock efficiency.
Working closely with the Head of Merchandising Operations, you'll take ownership of forecasting, trading and stock management, ensuring our best-selling products are available at the right time, in the right quantities and delivered as profitably as possible. You'll identify opportunities for growth, proactively manage risk and use customer and trading insight to inform commercial decision-making.
