JUNIOR MENSWEAR DESIGNER – Graphics and Multiproduct

A fantastic opportunity has opened up to join our Creative Team at Raging Bull.

POSITION: Junior Designer (Menswear Graphic T-Shirts/ Multiproduct)

TYPE: Permanent – Full Time

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

WORK ENVIRONMENT/BENEFITS: Office based, with possible flex for one day WFH

This role will support the design department across multiple product categories, with a focus on Menswear Graphics.

What You'll Do:

As aJunior Designer, your role will be as creative as it is impactful. You will partner closely with our Senior Designer and offshore suppliers to craft seasonal collections that captivate

our customers.

What We're Looking For:

We seek acreative, confident, and dedicated designerwho:

• Has a minimum of2 years experiencein Menswear Design. Specifically must have graphic design experience.
• Is a positive team player with a flexible, “can-do” attitude.
• Possesses a keen sense of current trends and is commercially savvy.
• Communicates excellently and collaborates effortlessly with colleagues, customers, and third parties globally.
• Is highly organized, efficient, and thrives under tight deadlines.
• Has the technical know-how to generate detailed tech packs and assist in managing offshore development teams.
• Is driven, results-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Holds a degree in fashion design (or a related qualification).

This role has scope for the successful candidate to become involved across multi-product categories and to grow with the brand.
