Junior Mechanical Field Service Engineer (Full Training)

£32,500 + £4,500 GUARANTEED Overtime + Door to Door + Full Product Training + Van + Phone + Fuel Card + 1 in 4 weekends as overtime

Home based, with occasional stays away (1-2 nights per week), commutable from Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Bridgwater, Taunton, Exeter, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Reading, and surrounding areas

Our company has nearly 100 employees, growing steadily, and is investing in new engineers to enhance expertise and knowledge.

The Role:

• Service, repair, and fault finding of pump and hydraulic equipment
• Home-based covering South UK, with 1-2 nights away per week (more during initial 4-week training)
• Full technical training, working approximately 50 hours per week with door-to-door pay
• One weekend in four worked as overtime, with 240 guaranteed overtime hours annually

The Person:

• Previous mechanical fault finding experience
• Basic electrical skills
