Junior Mechanical Fitter / Service Engineer (Full Training)

Workshop and Home based with some stays away, commutable from High Wycombe, Oxford, Reading, Watford, Slough, and surrounding areas.

Are you from a Mechanical or hands-on background with installation, service, maintenance, fitting, or assembly experience looking for a field-based opportunity to be heavily mentored and trained? You will work towards becoming a product expert, with great earning potential through overtime, while progressing your career to an engineer role.

This company has over 110 employees and has been innovating its product range, recently adding raspberry pi remote systems to enhance customer service. They are expanding their team.

The Role:

  • Maintenance, installation, and some service work on education sites such as schools and universities.
  • Home-based with 1-2 nights away per week, with guaranteed overtime throughout the year.
  • 40 hours per week, with overtime paid for hours between 40-50 and 50+ hours.
  • Pre-booked PPM paid at 8 hours overtime (typically takes 3-4 hours).
  • OEM training on product range.

The Person:

  • UK driver's license.
