Junior Mechanical Design Engineer (Manufacturing/Hydraulics)

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and manufacture of Mechanical Marine Hydraulic Systems (with a CNC + Fabrication shop on site, all manufacturing is done in house!) To do this, you will work closely with the Senior Design Engineer and Design Manager to support in the development of a wide range of products, gaining valuable industry experience.

The ideal Junior Mechanical Design Engineer will have a background within Mechanical Engineering. You will also have prior design experience, being able to understand/interpret and produce CAD drawings (specifically 3D CAD software).

The role:

• Support Senior Deign Engineer and Design Manager in the design/manufacture of Mechanical Hydraulic Systems
• Produce CAD drawings
• Keep accurate Technical Documentation

The person:

• A background in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous Design experience/a knowledge of CAD
