Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

York (Commutable from Harrogate, Wetherby, Tadcaster, Malton, Selby)

£27,000 - £35,000 + Specialist Training + Progression + Company Bonus + Hybrid After Probation

Are you a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of industry experience, looking to kickstart your career within a company with great opportunities for career progression and specialist training?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks, who is looking to receive extensive training to become an industry specialist.

In this varied role, you will work as part of the design team to create models and drawings using 3D AutoCAD and SolidWorks based on specific client requirements. You will also receive regular on-the-job training from industry professionals.

The role would suit a Mechanical Engineering graduate with at least 1 year of industry experience looking to kickstart their career and bring the next generation of products into fruition.

The Role:

• Using AutoCAD and SolidWorks to develop new products
• Monday - Friday (Hybrid working available after probation)
• £27,000 - £35,000
• Specialist Industry Training + Progression

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1 year of industry experience
• Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks
• Commutable to York
