A fantastic opportunity to develop in an established team of Mechanical Design Engineers who have a huge amount of experience to share and support in the development of a Junior Designer.

Junior Mechanical Design Engineer - The Role:

1. Work within a supportive design team to develop mechanical design specifications for rotating equipment
2. Complete all relevant documentation
3. Work with internal teams to support machine build

Mechanical Design Engineer - The Person:

1. Ideally Apprentice trained with hands-on experience of machine build
2. Some mechanical design experience would be great
3. Self-motivated and flexible
4. Beneficial to have some electrical engineering knowledge
5. Ideal for Engineers comfortable working within highly regulated environments

An excellent opportunity to join a busy and friendly team as they continue to expand. You will be someone who is keen to develop their skills into a full Design role. Ideally, your background will be from an Apprenticeship / machine building so you have a good understanding of how to turn a design into reality.

Located in West Yorkshire, this role would be commutable from Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds and surrounding areas.
