Job summary

Driscoll's is seeking a Junior Master Planner EMEA to join our Supply Chain Planning team in Maidstone. You will help ensure the right products are available at the right time, working with Supply Chain, Sales and Manufacturing to manage inventory and support order fulfilment in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will develop and maintain master plans for multiple product categories, coordinating with international stakeholders and using ERP and Anaplan to continuously improve planning accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of planning and scheduling experience.
• Advanced experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into clear plans and practical actions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in multinational FMCG; knowledge of S&OP; Spanish and APICS CPIM beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master plans aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage planning for smaller-scale and less complex product categories.
• Coordinate daily with Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing and other stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and support accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Create, execute and adjust plans based on supply/demand changes.
• Process planning data across ERP systems and planning tools (including Anaplan).
• Monitor KPIs such as order fulfilment, lead times and fruit age.
• Identify planning risks or gaps and recommend solutions.
• Support scenario planning and decision-making for Master Planning team.
• Contribute ideas to improve planning processes and tools.
• Communicate changes to planning schedules clearly and on time.
• Act as back-up for Master Planner to ensure continuity.
