We’re looking for a Junior Product Owner to help elevate our product-marketing vertical at kwiff. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone at the start of their product career who’s hungry to learn and ready to get stuck into the fast-paced world of iGaming.

You’ll be part of our Marketing Product Team, working alongside an experienced Product Owner who will guide and support your development. They’ll set the overall direction, while you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving — from shaping requirements and supporting developers to actioning day-to-day requests from the business. As your skills grow, so will your responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of larger initiatives and progress your product career!

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain the marketing product backlog

  • Write clear and concise requirements and scope for developers

  • Check in with developers on progress, updates, and blockers

  • Action small stakeholder requests in a timely manner

  • Help document processes, workflows, and requirements

  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the player marketing experience

  • Learn from and be mentored by the existing Product Owner in your theme

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine interest in product management, digital marketing, or the iGaming industry

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • A natural problem solver

  • Comfortable juggling multiple small tasks and following through to completion

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

  • Proactive attitude with the confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to marketing tools such as CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), or promotions platforms

  • Experience in online gaming, sports betting, or another regulated digital industry

Required qualities:

  • Positive, can-do mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for learning

  • Highly organised, with an eye for detail

  • Able to build good working relationships across teams

  • Adaptable and open to feedback

  • Curious and eager to grow into a more senior product role
