JD&Co are working with Monk – the UK’s most exciting wellness tech startup – to find a content-led Junior Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive.

Monk has made the world’s first smart ice bath. It’s beautiful, endorsed by pro-athletes, backed by James Watt and a host of amazing investors, and is designed to help people take back control of their mental and physical health.

Monk is building a healthcare business for the future, creating widely resilient humans. Now they need someone to help bring it to life across every channel – especially social.

This role is all about energy, creativity, and execution.

You’ll be the engine behind:

  • Daily content and community management across Instagram, TikTok, & LinkedIn
  • UGC, high-profile ambassador, and celebrity campaigns
  • Partnerships & real-world pop-ups
  • Email flows and newsletters
  • Landing pages and Shopify updates
  • Supporting paid media performance and CRO testing

You’ll be creating, posting, learning what works – and doing more of it.

You’ll bring:

  • 2–4 years’ marketing experience (DTC or high-consideration brands a plus)
  • A strong instinct for social and content – and the proof to back it up
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with some of: Meta Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify

MOST IMPORTANTLY: a bias to action and an appetite to learn what you don’t yet know. (So, with things like Klaviyo and Shopify, if you’re not fluent yet, you’re excited to dive in and get there fast.)

You’ll work directly with Monk’s founder – inspiring, fast-paced, and full of vision – and be backed by a brilliant team of advisors.
