About The Role

The Marketing Assistant will work with the marketing team to promote the three group companies within the RARUK Holdings Group, their brands, and services through social media channels, digital content, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Social Media Management: Building and maintaining the brands' presence across multiple social media channels by posting regular content and managing engagement. Provide performance reports.
  • Video Content Creation: Planning, recording, and editing video content for platforms like social media reels and YouTube.
  • Website Support: Assisting with basic website updates such as news articles, product info, event listings, and case studies.
  • Graphic Design and Content Creation: Supporting the production of visual materials for various purposes.
  • Exhibition and Event Support: Coordinating logistics, booking hotels, and managing registrations.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organizing and maintaining image and video libraries, sourcing new content.
  • Brochure Stock Management: Monitoring brochure stocks and coordinating updates or reprints.
  • CRM and Email Marketing Support: Maintaining the CRM, updating contacts, managing unsubscribes, and uploading leads.
  • Branded Merchandise Coordination: Managing clothing orders and supplier communications.
About You

We seek an enthusiastic, energetic individual, ideally a school leaver or early in their career, eager to learn and contribute. Previous experience isn't essential, but a passion for marketing and willingness to embrace new challenges are important.

Qualifications
  • 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths.
