Churchill’s in Beaulieu Square is seeking a Junior Manager to lead a happy, productive crew and live our S.A.V.E values so customers receive the best quality sustainably sourced fish and chips. You will receive training and support to thrive in your food career, coach your team to deliver outstanding service, and work with the Operations Manager to maximise store turnover ethically.

This role offers progression within another store and requires a driver, with 45 hours per week over 4.5 days

Qualifications

• Main responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service.
• Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard.

• Ensuring food hygiene and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
• To prepare and cook all menu items in line with demand and to a high standard.

• Promote high standards of Food Hygiene

• Work closely with your Operations Manager to maximize the turnover and profitability of the business in an ethical and rewarding manner.
