Job Responsibilities

Looking to take your finance career to the next level? We are on the hunt for a Management Accountant to join our A&R team, focusing on financial reporting for our Managed Pubs & Inns business. Over time, you'll expand your expertise into capital accounting across our group, covering pubs, inns, and wholesale drinks.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning key areas of the month-end close process - revenue, gross margin, payroll, overheads, stock, and more.
• Managing the Fixed Asset Register, including depreciation, disposals, and capex reporting.
• Analysing variances to budget and previous years, helping drive smarter business decisions.
• Making financial data clear and accessible for non-financial stakeholders.
• Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Leading P&L review meetings with operational teams.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• 3+ years' finance experience with a sharp eye for detail
• Curious mindset - you love digging into the “why” behind the numbers
• Excel pro - confident using it to solve complex problems
• PowerBI (or similar) experience a plus
• Navision/Dynamics experience helpful but not essential
