Junior Maintenance Technician
Location: Huntingdon | Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 | Training Provided

About the Role:
Join a growing and dynamic team as a Junior Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for maintaining key equipment and supporting day-to-day operations. Who We're Looking For:

  • A junior-level candidate with an interest in maintenance and a strong desire to learn.
  • Previous experience with welding, pipe repairs, or basic electrical work is a plus but not required.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of Key Equipment: Assist with the maintenance of critical systems, including gas boilers and engines.
  • General Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the facility and general infrastructure.
  • Hands-On Work: Perform basic electrical tasks, welding, and pipe repairs.
  • Facility Support: Ensure all buildings and infrastructure are kept in good condition.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
  • Training and development opportunities to help you grow in the role.
  • Five-day workweek, with working hours from 08:00 - 16:00 in winter and 05:00 - 14:00 in summer.
  • Weekend cover may be required occasionally, with the rest of the team working Monday to Friday.
