Junior Maintenance Engineer

We are a well-respected employer within the engineering sector, seeking to recruit a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our day shift team.

If you are currently in an operator role with basic maintenance experience and are eager to develop these skills further (with our support), this role offers a pathway to a full-time maintenance position.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Maintenance Engineer, you will operate our equipment and undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. This requires good multi-skilled abilities, particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Requirements:

Ideally, you will be apprentice trained with formal electrical or mechanical qualifications to a City & Guilds or NVQ standard. Experience should be gained within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. We are committed to supporting your ongoing development in maintenance skills.

This role is commutable from Aldridge, Brownhills, Cheslyn Hay, Great Wyrley, Hednesford, Lichfield, Shenstone, and Tamworth.
