The Opportunity

You will work closely with senior bankers on live buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle within fast‑growing and innovative sectors such as software, digital media, platforms, gaming, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial modelling (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
• Valuation analysis and financial analysis
• Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations

• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
• Assisting senior team members on live M&A mandates

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background from a leading university
• Completed 1–3 relevant internships in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or transaction services
• Demonstrable interest in technology and media sectors
• Solid financial modelling and analytical skills
